Most tutoring appointments are being conducted online at this time. To connect with your tutor online, log into shortly before your appointment is scheduled to begin. Click on your appointment, and then select the red 'start or join online consultation' link. Please follow this tutorial to assist you in navigating this platform.

Please note: Tutoring Appointment and Cancellation Policies

You can make, cancel, or modify appointments by logging into our website. Please note that you must cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance. Arriving late (or not at all) will result in a no-show. 3 or more no-shows will result in your appointment-making privileges being suspended until meeting with a Student Success Center staff member. If you have any questions, please call 315-445-4597 or email during standard business hours, M-F 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. **Please note that the email account is only monitored during standard business hours. If you are emailing after hours or on the weekend with a question or to cancel your tutoring appointment, please email your tutor directly

To create an account:

  • Select "Register for an account".
  • Fill out the form, which will ask for your e-mail (use your LMC one) and a password.
  • Once you create your user name, log in with it.
  • Keep your user name and password for future log-ins.
  • Accounting tutoring is coordinated through the Madden School of Business.
  • Reminder: the Student Success Center is located just passed the art gallery, on the right side of the library. The Writing Center is located in the back of the QRC. 
  • If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 3 hours prior to your appointment time.

Having trouble logging in? Enter your email address below and then click "Reset Password." The system will immediately email you with instructions for changing your password. If you do not receive that email in a few minutes, please check your spam filter.

Receiving unwanted text messages from this system? This system can send appointment reminder and waiting list notifications via text message, but only if a cell phone number and carrier is entered by a client when creating or updating an account on the system.
